For your convenience, you can purchase attraction tickets at the Newport News Visitor Center (located at 13560 Jefferson Ave., Newport News, VA 23603)! Please keep in mind tickets purchased via telephone are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding Busch Gardens tickets. The Visitor Center is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA tickets can be purchased at the Newport News Visitor Center for a significant discount. In order to receive this discount, you must purchase your tickets in person at the Visitor Center, 13560 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA 23603 (phone and online orders are not permitted).
