Fido Field Dog Park
Located in Riverview Farm Park, Fido Field is a great place for you and your dog to socialize and exercise. Our goal is to provide a safe and well-maintained park for you and your dog to enjoy.
Located at the southeastern end of Newport News Park, in York County, Harwood's Mill is a 265-acre freshwater reservoir containing bass, pickerel and a variety of sunfish. Boat and motor rentals available weekends from Memorial Day through October. It is adjacent to hiking trails, picnic shelters, and a 5-mile mountain bike trail. Located at the end of Main Street, this pier offers access to saltwater fishing.
Huntington Park-Beach, Rose Garden & Tennis Center
The Huntington Park Tennis Center offers many activities on its 20-lighted outdoor hard courts. Is serves as the site of the regional and state USTA Junior and Adult tournament and also the site of the AAU Junior Olympic Games tennis competition. Seating capacity: 150 at each of the three main courts. This center also offers racquet stringing, tennis court rentals, ball machine and backboard rentals.
