CELEBRATE Newport News TRAVEL,TOURISM, & Restaurant WEEK
National Travel & Tourism Week is a time where professionals in the tourism industry celebrate the value and importance that travel has on our economy, business, and personal well-being. In Newport News, that is no different with our many parks, museums, and more contributing to the city and Coastal Virginia. Tourism plays a critical role to the city's local economy, workforce, identity and culture. One of the major contributing factors to our tourism industry is our stable of amazing restaurants. Because of their importance to tourism, we celebrated our restaurants during the 2022 edition of National Travel & Tourism Week.
