To celebrate National Travel & Tourism Week, Newport News Tourism announces its annual "Where in the World?" contest. This year's contest puts our city's public art in the spotlight. The works range from somber memorials dedicated to our military, tributes to local heroes, as well as sculptures featuring abstract energy and unfolding beauty.
