The warmer weather and outdoor fun seem to go hand in hand, and we're taking advantage of every opportunity to enjoy both. This time of the year our weekend fun starts way before Friday. Here's a look at a few ways we plan on spending our summer days - and nights.
Live On the Square at Port Warwick
Catch a different band every Wednesday on Styron Square from 6 - 9 PM at Port Warwick. You can bring your own lawn chairs (sorry, no tents!), blankets, food and drink (yup, that means beer & wine are allowed). Check out the complete listing of performers for the concert season here >> http://bit.ly/1pNrNSF
Thursdays by the Lake at The Mariners' Park
Set up your favorite chair on the banks of Lake Maury at The Mariners' Museum, sit back and listen to live music by some of the area's hottest bands. Adult beverages, soft drinks and a variety of summer foods will be available for sale. Take a look at the line-up here >> http://bit.ly/1jyRq6g
Fridays at the Fountain in City Center
There's nothing like grooving to some tunes to begin your weekend. Grab your friends, blankets and dancing shoes and meet us at City Center's fountain! Gates open at 5:00 PM and the music starts at 5:30. Food and beverages will be available for purchase or feel free to take a stroll around the area and visit one of the many eateries.
