FREE Outdoor Summer Concerts to be Held Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays throughout Summer 2012

Did you know that Newport News will soon have three outdoor concerts a week through the end of August? And the best part is they're FREE! The concerts will be held every Wednesday night, starting May 23, in Port Warwick; every Thursday night, starting June 7, at Mariners' Museum Park; and every Friday night, starting May 4, in City Center at Oyster Point.

That means "Fridays @ The Fountain" in City Center at Oyster Point will have three concerts under its belt prior to the May 23rd start date of "LIVE! On the Square" at Port Warwick, the Wednesday night dance party. Likewise, "LIVE! On the Square" at Port Warwick will have three shows before the start of "Thursdays by the Lake" at Mariners' Museum Park. Then, starting the first full week in June, you'll find folks dancing in the cool night air three consecutive times a week!
