No purchase necessary. Each prize donor has certain restrictions that may apply. Contest begins on  Friday February 12,  and ends on Friday April 16 at 5:00 p.m. Entry forms must have been delivered to the Newport News Tourism Development Office at City Center or the Newport News Visitor Center by 5:00 p.m., Friday, April 16 by mail, in person, by fax or by e-mail.All nominations submitted or turned in by 5 p.m. on April 16, 2010,  will be eligible for prize drawings. Contest open to all U.S. citizens 18 years and older. Only one entry per person. All Newport News Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department employees are not eligible to participate.
