Become a Newport News Hospitality Ambassador
Members of the community and the hospitality industry have the opportunity to attend a Newport News Familiarization (FAM) Tour. Upon completing of this FAM Tour, they can take a simple quiz to test what they have learned about Newport News. After passing this quiz, FAM tour participants will be awarded the title of Newport News Hospitality Ambassador and will be recognized during National Travel and Tourism Week.

The next Hospitality Training FAM Tour is on October 12, 2011.
